• We accept returns for personalized custom products under the following conditions, incorrect item order, damaged product, defective item. Please send us a clear photo or video within 1–3 days of receiving your order.
• Custom products cannot be returned or refunded if they match the specifications provided by the customer. This includes errors from the customer, such as typos, incorrect designs, or wrong details submitted
• We’re also unable to make changes or issue refunds for change of mind or normal print tolerances, such as slight color variations or minor cutting differences

Delivery is free for orders of $75 and above. We use our custom doorstep delivery service to make sure your order arrives safely and conveniently. Our lead time covers both the time it takes to print your order and the time needed for delivery. For certain products, such as money envelopes (including ang bao, Raya envelopes, and Deepavali envelopes), doorstep delivery is automatically included with every order.
